Channel Sales Manager / Distribution Executive / Trade Marketing Officer

Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Channel Sales Manager / Distribution Executive / Trade Marketing Officer. The role involves identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners and distributors to expand WARZONE’s market presence in cybersecurity training. The selected candidate will build and maintain strong partner relationships, coordinate sales activities, and support partners with product knowledge, pricing, and promotional materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing channel sales plans, monitoring partner performance, and providing regular sales forecasts and reports. The role also includes executing trade marketing initiatives, supporting partner-led campaigns, and ensuring a high standard of customer service for partner accounts.

Qualifications

• Strong channel-focused commercial skills, including Channel Sales, Channel Partners, and Sales experience.
• Proven ability in Sales Management, including planning, forecasting, and performance tracking for partner networks.
• Customer-facing capabilities in Customer Service and relationship management with partners and end users.
• Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity markets is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort using CRM tools, online collaboration platforms, and basic analytics to monitor sales and marketing performance.
