Our client, an SJP Partner, is seeking a part-time Virtual PA / Partnership Support Specialist (PSS) to provide dedicated administrative support. This role is 10 hours per week and offers flexibility for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities:
• Preparing ongoing advice reports
• Processing fund switches
• Chasing the SJP Admin Centre for updates and outstanding cases
• Emailing clients to arrange annual review meetings
• Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth progression of client cases
Key requirements:
• Previous SJP and Practice experience is essential
• Experience working as a Virtual PA or PSS
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage workload remotely
This role is This role is 10 hours per week on a freelance basis, with flexibility around how those hours are worked.
