Virtelligence, a premier IT Consulting and Staffing Services provider, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior National Sales/ Client Executive Healthcare & IT Services (REMOTE ROLE) to join our high-performing Business Development team. This role is critical in identifying, pursuing, and managing executive-level relationships with large and mid-sized Health Systems across the US. The Sales Executive will drive business growth by leveraging existing relationships and building new connections, contributing to the expansion of our national footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the Healthcare IT sector. Develop and execute strategies to secure new client logos and expand existing accounts.
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers within targeted organizations. Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction.
  • Pipeline Growth: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through a combination of direct outreach, networking, and leveraging existing relationships. Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets by closing high-value deals.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal Recruitment, Operations, and Leadership teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client demands and drive business success.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Sales Track Record: Experience in selling to IT clients is highly desirable.
  • Relationship Building: Strong ability to establish and grow relationships with mid-level to C-suite executives. Proven experience in navigating complex sales cycles and closing deals.
  • Hunter Mentality: A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for securing new business. Demonstrated success in winning new clients and expanding existing relationships.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering results.
