We are supporting a well-established US-based e-commerce and delivery services provider that powers order fulfilment and customer support for millions of online purchases every year.
As online shopping continues to grow, their customer support operation is scaling rapidly to keep up with demand across deliveries, returns, and account enquiries.
They are now expanding their remote support team and hiring multiple Customer Support Associates across the US.
The Role
This is a high-volume customer support position focused on helping customers with orders, deliveries, and account-related queries in a fast-moving environment.
You will be part of a structured support team handling a mix of inbound calls, emails, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound customer enquiries relating to orders, deliveries, and returns
- Responding to email and chat-based support requests
- Tracking and updating order information in internal systems
- Assisting with refunds, replacements, and delivery issues
- Logging all customer interactions accurately
- Following clear processes to ensure consistent service quality
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a calm, professional approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Basic computer literacy (email, systems, data entry)
- Ability to follow structured processes and guidelines
- Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving ability
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or contact centres is beneficial but not required.
