In this position, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, provide product or service information, and ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Assist with questions, concerns, and product/service information
• Resolve customer issues or escalate them when necessary
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Provide excellent service while meeting performance metrics
• Maintain a calm and patient attitude during calls

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Previous customer service or call-center experience is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Professional and empathetic phone demeanor
• Ability to work flexible shifts if needed

Monthly Salary $500 – $850 USD per month, depending on experience and performance
