Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Help Desk Analyst. The Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting issues related to desktop computers and software. The role also involves addressing customer support inquiries, resolving help desk tickets, and ensuring timely and effective problem resolution. This position requires strong communication skills to engage directly with end-users and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Help Desk Support experience, with the ability to manage and resolve user issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, particularly for desktop computers.
  • Strong Customer Support skills, including clear communication and a customer-first mindset.
  • Basic networking knowledge and familiarity with common operating systems and productivity software.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in similar roles or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA A+) is a plus.
