Senior Customer Success Manager - SaaS Ecommerce / Marketing Tech / CRO

Up to $150-180k base + 20-30% uncapped OTE

Remote role based anywhere in the USA but ideally you'll be based on the East Coast

This European company are looking to continue to expand their successful USA launch.

The product is adds actual real ROI helping brands companies sell more products online – it’s a need to have technology.

They are more stable than most tech companies in the market and growing steadily this year!

  • You’ll be speaking with senior people at well known US household enterprise organisation

The Role

  • This is an enterprise CSM role retaining and growing your BoB
  • 1-3m BoB across 10-20 enterprise accounts
  • Its also very client facing, you'll be dealing with the day2day, working with the tech team who will support and you must be a product expert!

Requirements

  • You must have recently been working at a SaaS ecommerce/marketing tech (think along the lines of CRO, on site personalisation , social proofing, multi-channel marketing, CX, UX/UI ect) in a CSM or similar role
  • You also must have recent experience managing enterprise US ecommerce or retail clients (think the US largest ecom/retailers like Staples, Macys or Adidas)
  • You are in charge of renewals as well as the day2day - you should be an absolute product expert (its not tech/coding but some technical knowledge will help)
  • Ideally you come from a start up/scale up
  • Ideally you'll also have experience upselling/growing accounts
  • Based in and have the right to work in the USA
  • Be based on the East Coast ideally or open to moving there
