Executive Assistant Role

This is a highly flexible, broad-based role supporting projects, operations, and administration across the entire company. You’ll be a go-to problem solver, jumping in wherever help is needed, whether that’s organizing data, coordinating outreach, managing small projects, or streamlining internal processes. The role is open to candidates anywhere in the world, of any age, with no formal education requirements, just proven skill, significant experience, and a track record of excellence.

Examples of Work

  • Organizing and updating internal data, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
  • Assisting with small projects for various departments from research and prep to execution.
  • Coordinating outreach lists, sending follow-up emails, and tracking responses.
  • Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting action items.
  • Managing vendor and partner communications for ongoing tasks.
  • Tracking orders, shipments, and basic operational logistics.
  • Helping clean, structure, and archive internal documentation.
  • Spotting process inefficiencies and suggesting improvements.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to multiple teams simultaneously.
  • Act as a central point of contact for small projects and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Maintain organized, accurate records and documentation across systems.
  • Ensure deadlines are met by following up and keeping projects on track.
  • Execute outreach and coordination tasks with precision and professionalism.

What we're looking for

  • Demonstrated history of excellence in administrative, operational, or project-support roles.
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—across diverse teams.
  • Highly adaptable; comfortable switching between tasks and learning new tools quickly.
  • Problem-solver who can take initiative with minimal direction.
  • Tech-savvy with spreadsheets, cloud tools, and workflow platforms.
  • You may be based anywhere in the world, although we have a preference for high overlap with US time.
