Your mission is simple: You are the voice of our clients. You will be responsible for calling inbound leads, pre-qualifying them based on specific job criteria, and booking confirmed on-site quotes for our tradies.
If you are a "closer" who loves the hunt and knows how to talk to a homeowner about a new roof, solar system, or renovation, this is your home.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Inbound Lead Mastery: Handling high-volume inbound leads from our clients’ Meta and Google ad campaigns.
- Pre-Qualification: Not every lead is a good lead. You’ll be the gatekeeper, ensuring our clients only go out to quotes that are high-value and in-area.
- Booking the Win: Managing client calendars to schedule on-site visits and ensuring the homeowner is primed and ready for the trade business owner to close the deal.
- Pipeline Management: Using GoHighLevel (GHL) to track every lead and move them through the pipeline with 100% accuracy.
Who You Are
- The Sales Pro: You have a minimum of 1–2 years of sales experience (outbound/inbound calling).
- The Trade Expert: (Highly Preferred) You’ve worked in Solar Sales, Roofing, Landscaping, or general home improvements. You understand the difference between a "tire-kicker" and a "buyer."
- The Communicator: You can build instant rapport with homeowners and talk the "tradie talk" with our clients.
- The Tech-Savvy Setter: Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM systems is a massive plus.
- The Grinder: You have a high motor. You don’t stop until the calendar is full.

- Proven track record in phone sales or appointment setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong organizational skills (managing 30+ client accounts/calendars).
