We’re now looking for a driven Executive Recruiter who wants to take ownership of their success and grow into a senior role with potential to inherit and manage key client relationships.About the Role

This is an entrepreneurial opportunity for a motivated recruiter who understands freight brokerage and thrives in a performance-driven, commission-based environment.

You’ll work directly with the founder to identify, engage, and place top talent in sales, operations, and leadership roles across the logistics space. Over time, you’ll have the chance to take over select client accounts and build your own book of business within Top Talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, recruit, and place top candidates in the freight brokerage and logistics sectors (focus on sales, operations, and leadership roles).
  • Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle — from prospecting and outreach to placement and follow-up.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, referrals, and industry networking.
  • Collaborate closely with the founder to grow and expand existing accounts.
  • Eventually take ownership of key client relationships and manage placements independently.

Qualifications

  • Experience in freight brokerage (either direct industry experience or recruiting for freight/logistics roles) is required.
  • Proven track record in recruiting sales professionals (inside/outside sales, account executives, or similar).
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to thrive in a 100% commission environment.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, and results-oriented.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools.

Compensation & Upside

  • 100% commission-based compensation, 1099 role, with unlimited earning potential.
  • Significant upside opportunity to inherit client accounts and grow a personal recruiting book.
  • Estimated Year One at Plan: $135,000. Year Two: $225,000
  • Flexible, remote work environment.
