ThinkOn Australia is expanding its Sales team and seeking a Melbourne based Inside Sales Representative.
Reporting to the Director of Sales, APAC, the Inside Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining and growing business with ThinkOn’s customers and partners. The Inside Sales Representative will assist in becoming the key contact to their accounts for all issues or requests that may arise. The Inside Sales Representative will work with the Sales and Marketing teams to provide insight into sales campaigns for focused accounts along with company-wide campaigns. This role will work closely with the Inside Sales Team in supporting the cash-to-invoice cycle along with the Operations Team.

You Will:
- Maintain communication and touch points with focus accounts at least twice per month
- Updated and maintain our internal CRM/Order System
- Support Channel Partners quoting, order processing, Compass knowledge, transactions & updates, and prepare responses on information requests
- Independently assess opportunities and build quotations that are optimized to ensure the ThinkOn Service quoted is accurate and aligns with the customer need
- Knowledge expert on all Quote to Cash processes with our Partner ecosystem
- Work with Operations to make sure orders are meeting proposed timelines
- Assist partners with sales calls into their customer base
- Provide monthly funnel updates and forecasting
- Execute sale call campaigns for specific services/products
- Handle outside roles like conferences, customer meetings, and presentations
- Assist with preparation of large RFP/Tender opportunities
- Work with current and future vendors of ThinkOn
- Attend Channel Partner Vendor Desk locations on a weekly basis
- Be flexible in relation to global time zones when required
- A global summit is held in Canada annually and the ISR maybe required to attend
- Other duties as required
You Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of Enterprise (Business) Technology preferred
- Sales or Customer Service Experience
- Experience with building PowerPoint presentations and working with Excel
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies and stay up to date on technology trends
- Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a rapidly evolving workforce
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience and or an understanding in Cloud Services including BaaS, DRaaS and IaaS will be highly regarded
Salary:
- Base Salary Range: $80,000-90,000 AUD
- Commission Split: 70/30
- Total OTE Range: $115,000-125,000 AUD
