As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Customer Support Assistant to support our Account Management team and help deliver seamless experiences for our clients and partners.
About the Role
As a Customer Support Assistant, you will support Account Managers and Virtual Account Managers (VAMs) in managing daily operations, client communication, events, bookings, and influencer coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining operational consistency, improving booking performance, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:Client Communication & Support
- Act as a point of contact for clients when the Account Manager or main VAM is unavailable
- Ensure timely, clear, and professional communication with clients
- Follow up on bookings, feedback, and task completion
Event & Activation Coordination
- Assist with setting up, publishing, and updating events and activations on the platform
- Ensure event details are accurate, complete, and aligned with brand expectations
Booking Flow Management
- Track and monitor booking status to ensure strong performance
- Follow up on low-performing events and proactively support improvements
Influencer & Guest Coordination
- Support communication with influencers and guests attending events or photoshoots
- Ensure all parties are properly briefed, scheduled, and supported
Outbound & Operational Support
- Support outbound team tasks when required to meet daily operational needs
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and report on:
- Booking and deliverable completion rates
- No-show rates
- Unresponsive or low-activity clients
- Underperforming venues or campaigns
- Share regular updates with Account Managers and VAMs, highlighting risks and improvement areas
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities independently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working with digital platforms, reporting, and performance tracking
- Previous experience in account support, operations, events, or influencer marketing is a plus
