Our success is built on collaboration, integrity, and a commitment to excellence—and we’re looking for motivated professionals to join our growing remote team.
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk (Remote) who will play a key role in supporting our operations by ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across multiple platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, thrive in structured environments, and want to build valuable skills in data management within a supportive, flexible workplace.
What You’ll Do
As a Data Entry Clerk at The ODP Corporation, your day-to-day will center around organization, accuracy, and efficiency. You’ll be responsible for:

- Following established procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards.
- Collaborating with supervisors and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data flow and timely updates.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A high level of integrity, discretion, and reliability when handling sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with data entry software, ERP systems, or CRM tools is a plus, but not required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- Previous administrative, clerical, or data entry experience is helpful but not mandatory.
- Ability to commit to 15–20 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling.
- Reliable access to a computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace.
