We’re looking for Client Managers who bring 3–5+ years of agency experience and are ready to plug into a high-performing, fully remote team where collaboration meets autonomy. 🌎

🎯 What You’ll Do as a TEEMA Client Manager:

  • Build and manage client relationships in your chosen vertical
  • Drive business development through cold calls, referrals, networking, and social media
  • Collaborate with Talent Managers (Recruiters) across TEEMA to fill your open roles
  • Qualify job orders, share intake calls, and communicate directly with clients
  • Strategize on the best sourcing methods for each search
  • Track activity and progress in Bullhorn, our ATS
  • Be the face of TEEMA to your clients from the first call to final placement

✅ What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5+ years of staffing agency experience, business development or full-desk preferred
  • Proven ability to bring in and manage client accounts
  • Strong communication, hustle, and follow-through
  • A true self-starter who thrives with flexibility and ownership
  • Familiarity with Bullhorn a plus
  • Industry vertical focus (Healthcare, Tech, A&F, S&M, Legal, Manufacturing, etc.)
