Partner Manager (ANZ) – Salesforce Ecosystem Australia / New Zealand | Remote Salary: $175 AUD with $205 OTE We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-growing, globally trusted Salesforce ISV that’s transforming how businesses generate and manage documents. If you know how to navigate the Salesforce ecosystem and love building partnerships that actually drive revenue (not just sit in a slide deck), this one’s worth a look. What you’ll be doing Build & scale partnerships Develop and execute a partnership strategy across the ANZ region Identify, onboard, and grow relationships with SIs, ISVs, and key ecosystem players Strengthen existing partnerships to unlock more value Drive real commercial impact Collaborate with partners on joint go-to-market initiatives Support and influence sales opportunities Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams Stay ahead of the curve Gather partner and customer insights to shape strategy Track performance and optimise partnership activity Keep a close eye on trends across the Salesforce ecosystem What We’re Looking For Proven experience in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem roles within Salesforce Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence and negotiate A well-established network across SIs / ISVs is a big plus Someone who’s proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment Fluent English (written and spoken) Why Join Fully remote (ANZ focus) High-impact role in a scaling global business Work closely with top players in the Salesforce ecosystem Real opportunity to shape partnerships and drive growth 💬 If you’re currently working in the Salesforce world and thinking: “Partnerships done properly could be a goldmine” — you’re probably right. 📩 DM me or apply directly to find out more (full details shared confidentially).
