Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Support Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance to clients, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving software or hardware issues, and collaborating with internal teams to provide effective solutions. Applicants are expected to manage support requests efficiently and contribute to improving existing support processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to solve software and hardware-related issues efficiently
- Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction expertise to ensure a positive client experience
- Excellent Analytical Skills to identify and resolve complex technical challenges
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a remote team
- Familiarity with support ticketing systems and technology tools
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in technical support
- Previous experience in leadership development or consulting is a plus
