Your Role Responsibilities As a Francophone Customer Support Representative, you’ll support French-speaking customers while collaborating with a global remote team. Your responsibilities will include: Customer Support: Assist customers through email, chat, and phone in both French and English. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve product, order, account, and customer-related concerns professionally and efficiently. Customer Experience: Deliver empathetic, high-quality, and solutions-oriented customer support aligned with TalentPop App’s service standards. Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and updates using CRM and customer support platforms. What We’re Looking For Language Skills: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level) and proficient in English. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in remote support, BPO, call center, E-Commerce, or similar environments. Technical Skills: Comfortable using CRM systems, customer support platforms, and digital communication tools. Soft Skills: Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Work Style: Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Technical Requirements Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for both upload and download. Personally owned laptop or desktop with at least an Intel i5 processor or equivalent, and a minimum of 8GB RAM. Quiet and professional remote workspace suitable for calls and customer communication.
