What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Answer inbound calls from members regarding medical claims, benefits, eligibility, and prior authorization
- Manage an average of 40+ calls daily while navigating multiple applications and screens
- Provide customer-focused service to meet tailored needs and ensure positive outcomes
- Resolve customer complaints through effective problem-solving and one-call resolution
- Strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while delivering accurate information courteously
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- A dedicated workspace with no distractions
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
