About the role
You would join us right at our growth centre as our internal Sales Development Representative who would play a vital role in developing the foundation of our current and future sales processes across all locations.
This includes collaborative effort to identify our ways of selling, tools and automation, our style of communication as well as identifying our true ICP.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and generate new business leads
- Reach out to qualified leads via email, cold calling and LinkedIn
- Cultivate relationships with potential clients through relevant channels
- Further develop and document our sales processes across all channels
- Work closely with the recruitment team to fuel business growth and hit the set targets
- Keep precise records of prospect interactions in our CRM (Hubspot)
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in lead prospecting and cold-calling - with cold-calling being your preferred method in sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic remote setup
- Results-driven mindset and a passion for meeting and surpassing targets
- Fluency in English (knowing additional languages is a bonus)
- Knowledge of talent management or recruitment is a plus
- Willingness to be active in social selling, interest in Linkedin personal content creation and/or personal brand building is a plus
