We’re looking for someone to help teams unlock the full potential of both Slite and Super. Slite is the go-to knowledge base for teams who value clarity and ease of use. Super brings the power of AI directly into their workflows. Together, the two products shape how companies collaborate and manage knowledge.

What you'll do

• Become the Slite + Super power user. Go deep, understand every workflow, and show teams how to unlock meaningful value.
• Be the external voice of our products across public-facing channels, driving awareness through launches and feature announcements.
• Create clear, high-quality product education across different formats.
• Lead product launches with concise messaging and resources that communicate value with zero ambiguity.

Who you are

• You’ve spent 3+ years helping people understand and adopt software.
• You create clear, well-crafted content, you love when great stories make complex workflows easy to grasp.
• You have higher standards than most people you know when it comes to visual and copy.
• You have strong technical fluency with AI products, and you’re a self-proclaimed AI geek who goes deep, tests everything, and understands how things work under the hood.
• You enjoy being on camera and speaking to audiences, and you bring energy and clarity when you do
