About The Role As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at ForgeFit, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. Your role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and positive experience from the initial inquiry through order fulfillment, installation, and ongoing support. You will handle customer questions, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams such as sales, fulfillment, and service to resolve concerns promptly. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service, fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty, and representing the ForgeFit brand with professionalism and care. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while providing an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the fitness industry. Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in customer service, support, or a client-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Proficiency with CRM systems or customer support tools
- Positive attitude with a genuine desire to assist others
- Interest in fitness or familiarity with gym equipment is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Assist customers with order processing, shipping questions, product details, and troubleshooting
- Coordinate with fulfillment, sales, and service teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system
- Follow up proactively with customers to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with our service
- Stay informed about ForgeFit’s product lines, policies, and updates to provide accurate information
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process enhancements
