About Us Smart Apartment Data provides real estate analytics software to U.S. professionals. We support enterprise clients through structured onboarding and education to ensure they use our platform effectively. We are seeking a professional communicator who can guide clients through onboarding and product training in a clear and structured manner. Ideal for:

  • Customer success professionals
  • Trainers with technical curiosity
  • L&D professionals entering SaaS

What You'll Do

  • Lead onboarding sessions and walkthroughs
  • Help clients understand how to use the product
  • Support users as they learn workflows

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing product roles
  • Experience working directly with clients to help them adopt a tool, platform, or system
  • Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and explain them clearly
  • Comfortable guiding clients through structured sessions and discussions
  • English level: C1 or C2 (required)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills in a remote environment

Bonus

  • SaaS / CRM / tech tools exposure
  • Customer success experience
  • Ability to learn and explain software quickly
  • Experience in Customer Education, Enablement, or Implementation
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • Handled high-value or demanding customers

This Role is NOT a Fit For

  • Customer support roles focused only on ticket handling
  • Call center or BPO roles without product ownership
  • HR onboarding focused on internal employees
  • Administrative roles without client interaction
  • Sales-only roles without post-sale onboarding experience

Benefits

  • 100% Remote, location independent
  • Compensation: $1,800 - $2,200 per month (based on relevant experience and qualifications)
