Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and creative Community Manager to join our growing global team. This is a full-time remote position focused on strengthening our online presence, engaging with our audience, and supporting business growth through effective digital communication.
You will play a key role in building relationships with clients, partners, and prospects while representing SBMET Global across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow SBMET Global’s presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Create and publish engaging, high-quality content (posts, visuals, short-form videos)
• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Foster community engagement and build strong relationships with clients and partners
• Identify opportunities for collaboration, lead generation, and brand growth
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize engagement strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging with company goals and values
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in community management, social media, or digital marketing
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills
• Ability to analyze data and optimize performance based on insights
• Strategic mindset with strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and management tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience in metals, recycling, or B2B industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
