As their footprint grows locally, they’re now seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join their high-performing team.

This is your opportunity to work with major enterprise clients across Government, Health, Finance, and Telco sectors, helping them extract the most value from leading-edge IT solutions.

About the Role

Reporting to the Customer Success Director based in New Zealand, you’ll play a key role as a trusted advisor, managing strategic customer relationships and delivering outstanding post-sales experiences. You'll partner with Sales, Marketing, and Subject Matter Experts across Australia and NZ to ensure client success at every step.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full customer lifecycle, from presale to onboarding to renewal.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Design and implement tailored Customer Success Plans that align with business goals.
  • Lead client workshops, check-ins, and strategic reviews to ensure outcomes are achieved.
  • Manage onboarding and implementation processes for smooth customer transitions.
  • Educate and coach customers on product capabilities to drive adoption and satisfaction.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure customer retention and reduce churn.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless and impactful customer experiences.
  • Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in a senior Customer Success, Account Management or Service Delivery role within the IT or software industry.
  • Proven experience working with complex enterprise clients in Government, Health, Finance, or Telecommunications sectors.
  • A commercially savvy approach with a strong focus on retention, growth, and customer advocacy.
  • Strategic mindset and the ability to drive alignment between client needs and business goals.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex IT solutions throughout the full customer journey.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent practical experience.
