About the Role
Reporting to the Customer Success Director based in New Zealand, you’ll play a key role as a trusted advisor, managing strategic customer relationships and delivering outstanding post-sales experiences. You'll partner with Sales, Marketing, and Subject Matter Experts across Australia and NZ to ensure client success at every step.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full customer lifecycle, from presale to onboarding to renewal.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with enterprise clients.
- Design and implement tailored Customer Success Plans that align with business goals.
- Lead client workshops, check-ins, and strategic reviews to ensure outcomes are achieved.
- Manage onboarding and implementation processes for smooth customer transitions.
- Educate and coach customers on product capabilities to drive adoption and satisfaction.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure customer retention and reduce churn.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless and impactful customer experiences.
- Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior Customer Success, Account Management or Service Delivery role within the IT or software industry.
- Proven experience working with complex enterprise clients in Government, Health, Finance, or Telecommunications sectors.
- A commercially savvy approach with a strong focus on retention, growth, and customer advocacy.
- Strategic mindset and the ability to drive alignment between client needs and business goals.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex IT solutions throughout the full customer journey.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent practical experience.
