Business Analys( Entry-Level,Junior)

Role Description

This is a part-time remote position for an Entry-Level or Junior Business Analyst at Rubiscape. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, assisting with business planning, and creating detailed documentation. Additionally, the role involves stakeholder communication, customer service, and ensuring the alignment of business objectives with data-driven insights. The analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable recommendations and solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical and Business Planning skills to evaluate and organize data for effective decision-making
• Solid foundation in Business processes and familiarity with business operational strategies
• Excellent Communication abilities to articulate insights and collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Customer Service experience to address client needs and maintain strong professional relationships
• Adaptability to work in a remote and part-time capacity
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred
• Experience with data analysis tools or business intelligence platforms is a plus
• Demonstrated interest in AI, data science, or analytics will be an advantage
