What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Provide telephone assistance to Aetna Medicaid members and providers, addressing inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, services, and prior authorizations
  • Handle inbound calls with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
  • Maintain high performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
  • Ensure secure and reliable internet connectivity while working from home
  • Collaborate with team members to promote an excellent member experience

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers both orally and in writing
  • Must live on the eastern seaboard and identify an alternate work location if unable to work from home
  • Self-sufficient and able to work independently from home
  • Must meet performance standards and call quality goals

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience working remotely in a call center setting
  • Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare programs
