What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Serve as the primary contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals using an Opus Health program
  • Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other communication channels
  • Quickly assess user issues and provide first-level support for problem resolution
  • Document resolution details and escalate unresolved issues promptly to the appropriate department
  • Work 40 hours per week under moderate supervision with flexible shift options

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Pharmacy Technician experience required
  • HIPAA certified
  • Minimum of 3 years of call center experience
  • Experience in medical claim processing is a plus

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
