What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Answer customer phone calls, chats, and emails with professionalism
  • Perform quality control reviews and assist in training team members
  • Review and resolve escalations while adhering to client notification policies
  • Coordinate with the Customer Service Team to manage scheduling and ensure adequate staffing
  • Maintain and update department policies and reports based on operational needs

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant industry experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while maintaining attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in customer service within the mortgage services industry
  • Familiarity with ServiceLink Auction's platform or similar systems
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to support operational needs
