What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Handle incoming calls to address member eligibility, prescription benefits, and claim payment inquiries
- Assist with updating billing information and establishing payment plans
- Resolve customer service issues related to patient scheduling
- Conduct research and provide resolutions for telephone inquiries from members or patients
- Maintain accurate data entry and documentation of customer interactions
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience
- Previous data entry experience
- Ability to work between the hours of 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Must reside in Virginia or North Carolina and be willing to travel on-site if needed
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in a high-volume call center
- Prior scheduling experience
- Familiarity with healthcare services and patient care processes
