What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Handle incoming calls to address member eligibility, prescription benefits, and claim payment inquiries
  • Assist with updating billing information and establishing payment plans
  • Resolve customer service issues related to patient scheduling
  • Conduct research and provide resolutions for telephone inquiries from members or patients
  • Maintain accurate data entry and documentation of customer interactions

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience
  • Previous data entry experience
  • Ability to work between the hours of 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Must reside in Virginia or North Carolina and be willing to travel on-site if needed

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in a high-volume call center
  • Prior scheduling experience
  • Familiarity with healthcare services and patient care processes
