What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Engage in sensitive conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to a high volume of calls from pet families
  • Accurately document pets' medical information and schedule appointments
  • Demonstrate dependability and sound judgment by adhering to schedules and performance standards
  • Go above and beyond to ensure stellar service to pet families and veterinarians

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
  • Ability to quickly learn custom software and applications, including Gmail and Google Calendar
  • Previous experience working in a remote environment with minimal peer interactions
  • High attention to detail and adaptability to new processes
  • Commitment to punctuality and attendance, including completing a mandatory 4-week training program

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in a veterinary or pet care setting
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Skills in handling difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism
  • Previous remote work experience that demonstrates self-discipline and accountability
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
