Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident, motivated, and results-driven Appointment Setter (Australian Female Citizen only) to join our growing team in New South Wales/Sydney. The successful candidate will play a critical role in connecting with Potential Clients and booking appointments for our sales Fleet and Property Management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact Potential Leads via phone to schedule appointments.
  • Accurately gather and record customer information in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on warm leads and re-engage Dormant Contacts.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and appointment goals.
  • Meet Daily/Weekly KPIs for calls made and appointments set.
  • Provide timely feedback on Lead Quality and customer insights.
  • Maintain a Positive and Professional attitude when engaging with clients.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in Appointment Setter
  • Strong IT background with an understanding of software products
  • Contact Potential Leads via phone to schedule appointments.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
  • Ability to handle objections and navigate client conversations confidently.
  • Competent with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Time management and multitasking skills to handle a high volume of calls.
  • Experience in a customer service or telemarketing role is a plus.
