About the Opportunity:
The REMOTE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE I role offers an opportunity to deliver high-quality customer service support within a fast-paced call center environment. The position focuses on handling inbound customer interactions effectively to resolve inquiries and enhance the overall customer experience while meeting defined performance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional customer service via inbound calls
- Manage high-volume call center interactions efficiently
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly
- Maintain accurate records with data entry and system updates
- Adhere to processes, compliance, and quality standards
- Meet productivity, attendance, and performance goals
- Collaborate with team members to improve satisfaction
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of experience in call center, customer service, or dispatch
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with multiple systems
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Proficient English language skills
- Successful completion of background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- $14.00 per hour
- Monthly incentive opportunity up to $350 after training based on performance
- Night or weekend differential depending on shift
