About the Opportunity:

The opportunity is for an IT Support Specialist to join the IT Service Desk, supporting the team through technical assistance, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT documentation to ensure a secure and efficient technology environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance and support for hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems promptly.
• Maintain and update IT knowledge base and process documentation.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure a secure and reliable tech environment.
• Manage workload using a Service Desk ticketing platform.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of professional experience in Help Desk, Service Desk, or IT Support roles in an enterprise IT environment.
• Experience supporting Apple macOS.
• Ability to create and maintain process documentation for teams and customers.
• Basic understanding of security best practices, including access control and data protection.
• Experience managing workload via a Service Desk ticketing platform.
• Preferred: Experience with Atlassian applications (Jira Service Management and Confluence), Slack and Google Workspace administration, managing users and groups in Okta, and an Associate or Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
