2. About the Opportunity:
The Customer Service Call Center Representative will deliver multi-channel support to customers, handling inquiries related to billing, service changes, cancellations, and other service issues. This role is critical in resolving customer concerns efficiently, providing clear explanations, and applying de-escalation techniques. The representative will also identify sales and retention opportunities to support revenue growth and customer loyalty. This position contributes by ensuring high-quality customer interactions and maintaining operational standards in a fast-paced environment.
3. Responsibilities:
• Handle customer service inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or self-service platforms
• Use authorized systems to research, update, and provide information on customer accounts
• Strive for one-call resolution by exhausting solutions before escalating issues
• Advocate for customers with recurring problems by coordinating with internal departments
• Identify and promote additional products and services to customers
• Establish and document customer accounts, including service type, pricing, and billing
• Support other service lines as needed
• Attempt to retain customers who wish to cancel services by exploring alternatives
• Meet call center standards for attendance, quality, productivity, and timeliness
• Complete cross training in Operations, Sales, and Billing
• Maintain flexible scheduling and perform additional tasks as required
4. Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience beyond education
• Specialized training is preferred
• Ability to work in a professional office environment using standard equipment
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The expected salary range for this position is $15.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on factors such as experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and location.
