About the Opportunity: The Customer Service Agent – Inbound Support is responsible for handling inbound interactions for major brands, assisting customers with inquiries, service requests, account management, and product support. The role involves using guided systems and resources to provide high-quality customer care while maintaining professionalism and accuracy. It offers schedule flexibility after certification and is suited for individuals seeking a stable, structured support position with growth potential.
3. Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer interactions for various national brands
- Assist customers with questions, service requests, account needs, and product support
- Use guided systems and resources to ensure accuracy and brand alignment
- Maintain professionalism and high-quality customer service
4. Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the United States
- U.S. resident excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI
- Ability to follow detailed processes and meet performance standards
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable with computer applications and web-based tools
- Ability to work independently and adhere to schedules
- Preferred: prior call center or customer service experience
- Preferred: bilingual Spanish/English skills
- Preferred: familiarity with phone- or computer-based support environments
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- USD 11 - USD 13 hourly
