2. About the Opportunity:

The Coordinator I, Help Desk role is designed to provide responsive client support in a fast-paced clinical research setting. This position is responsible for resolving routine inquiries, managing data entry and administrative tasks, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain smooth operational workflows. The role contributes to the organization by ensuring high-quality service and compliance, directly impacting the efficiency and success of clinical research processes.

3. Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries via phone and ticketing systems, diagnosing and resolving routine issues promptly.

• Enter data and process time-sensitive documentation accurately, adhering to internal compliance requirements.

• Manage system assignments and account updates, maintaining complete and consistent records.

• Follow up with clients to confirm resolution satisfaction and maintain service continuity.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve client issues effectively.

• Adapt to shifting priorities while meeting productivity, quality, and service standards.

4. Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, administrative, or B2B support roles, preferably in regulated environments.

• Associate degree or equivalent education and professional experience.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to build rapport and convey information clearly.

• High attention to detail with focus on accuracy, compliance, and quality.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and capability to navigate databases and internal systems.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with effective organization and prioritization.

• Problem-solving skills to adapt responses within defined policies and procedures.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Base salary range from $50,000 to $66,974, depending on experience and location.

• Eligibility for performance-based bonus in addition to base compensation.
