Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Appointment Setter. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for contacting potential clients, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and updating records accurately. The role involves engaging with leads, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the sales team by setting up qualified appointments to accelerate business growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
• Experience in Lead Generation and maintaining accurate records
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools or scheduling software
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
