About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to support our growing online business. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, tech-savvy, and passionate about e-commerce. You will assist with the day-to-day operations of our online store, ensuring smooth product listings, order processing, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing product listings, descriptions, and pricing across e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor stock levels, update product availability, and coordinate with the operations team.
• Support order processing, shipping coordination, and returns management.
• Assist with online promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
• Track website and sales performance, compiling reports for the marketing and sales teams.
• Provide excellent support to customers via email or chat, ensuring timely responses.
• Research e-commerce trends and competitors to support growth strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or administrative roles preferred (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon Seller Central is an advantage.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
