Account Manager

A leading digital agency is seeking a talented and driven Account Manager to join their growing team. This is a remote contract role with the potential to transition to a permanent contract and requires working hours aligned with the Japanese time zone. You can be based anywhere in the world, as long as you are fully fluent in Japanese and English.

As the Account Manager you will be the main point of contact for the businesses Japanese clients, ensuring they are consistently updated on project progress and deliverables. You will have a strong understanding of Japanese business culture and experience managing client relationships in this context.

Key requirements:

• Full professional fluency in Japanese and English - both written and verbal communication
• Proven experience in managing client relationships
• Deep understanding of Japanese business practices
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• SEO/Digital and/or health experience is a bonus but not essential
