What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Monitor all eBookings on the platform to ensure accurate data transfer from freight companies to airlines
- Investigate and track eBooking issues, escalating to the appropriate personnel when necessary
- Provide live support via chat and back-office support, following up with Freight Forwarders
- Serve as the point of contact for airlines to resolve technical or operational discrepancies
- Document feature requests based on customer insights and assist in prioritizing the product roadmap
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Up to one year of experience in customer service, project management, or a similar role with global client interaction
- At least one year of experience using software to manage tasks and/or support tickets
- Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple platforms and web-based tools
- Methodical, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in a fast-growing transactional business environment
- Knowledge of logistics or supply chain processes
- Proficiency in additional languages
- Understanding of API and the ability to read JSON requests and responses
- Experience in preparing and presenting update reports
