This position is integral to the company’s growth ambitions across the UK market in the short and medium term.
Key Responsibilities:

- Payer Insights & Analytics: Deliver data-driven analyses to inform account-level interactions and align with broader commercial strategies.
- Drug Tariff Management: Oversee the accurate listing of products within the Drug Tariff and manage related administrative processes.
- ICB Collaboration: Engage with Integrated Care Boards to ensure strategic alignment with funding models and healthcare delivery priorities.
- Research & Deliverables: Provide comprehensive research support for customer initiatives, including education on reimbursement, dossier creation, and economic modelling.

- Market Surveillance: Monitor and analyse external developments—regulatory, customer, and competitor—to identify opportunities for protecting and enhancing product value.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including payers and thought leaders within the UK health system.
- Campaign Partnership: Work alongside marketing to develop innovative campaigns that strengthen the value proposition and drive business performance.
- Prior experience in market access within other European markets, particularly Germany, France, or Italy.
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Science, Medicine, Economics, or Engineering preferred. Further education or training in health economics, HTA, or value-based healthcare procurement is advantageous.
- Experience: Background in pricing, reimbursement, and health technology assessment is valuable. Familiarity with Hospital Episode Statistics (HES) data or hospital coding is a plus.
Skills & Attributes:
- In-depth knowledge of NHS funding structures and payment flows.
- Experience in commercialising medical devices and a solid grasp of the UK healthcare ecosystem.
- Strong project leadership and execution abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of driving results and leading collaborative teams.
