What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Communicate with members via phone and email, providing empathetic support in every interaction
  • Listen attentively to members and offer tailored solutions to their unique needs
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices for improved service
  • Accurately document member interactions and activities to ensure quality service
  • Assist in onboarding and account setup, guiding members throughout their financial journey

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Availability for an 8-hour shift between the hours of 6 am - 8 pm
  • People-focused approach with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage a high volume of inbound calls effectively

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in a similar role within the digital finance or customer service industry
  • Familiarity with financial products and services
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
