Responsibilities
- Assist clients with planning and coordinating vacations and travel experiences.
- Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, tours, and vacation packages.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on clients' needs and preferences.
- Support clients throughout the planning process and while they travel.
- Stay current on travel destinations, supplier promotions, and industry updates.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable using computers and online tools.
- Ability to provide professional customer service in a remote environment.
