About the Role:

We’re looking for a Client Success Manager who can deliver incredible experiences to our clients while helping them get the most value from our services through a consultative and supportive approach. This role combines proactive client outreach with attentive listening and responsive support.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain ongoing relationships with assigned clients
• Monitor client success metrics and act when engagement drops
• Guide customers toward solutions using your product knowledge
• Represent the client internally — you're their advocate

What We’re Looking For:

• Based in Portugal
• Strong communication skills in English
• 2+ years in customer success, support, or onboarding roles
• Able to work independently and prioritize multiple accounts
• Friendly, detail-oriented, and responsive
