Part-Time Virtual Assistant- GIG Driver Car Rental Company (Weekend Shifts)

Job Overview I'm looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help me run our gig car rental business, Efficient Rentals. You'll be responsible for handling customer calls, managing rental documentation, customer support, and general admin work. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, speaks excellent English, and is comfortable communicating with customers. You must be able to work US hours (Saturday & Sunday, 10 AM - 7 PM). • You have direct experience working with car rental companies or the automotive rental industry
• You have proven social media experience (content creation, community management, growth metrics)
• You're familiar with AI tools and use them daily in your workflow

Main Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and handle rental inquiries, bookings, and support questions
• Create and prepare rental documents for customers (agreements, contracts, forms – templates provided)
• Send reminder messages to rental guests (payment reminders, return deadlines, check-ins)
• Send mid-day and end-of-day reports of completed tasks
• Support AI implementation ideas and assist with integrating new tools into the business

Tools You'll Use

• Phone/communication systems for customer calls
• Google Sheets / Google Drive for documentation and tracking
• Email and messaging platforms
• GHL

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English (very important)
• Must be able to work US daytime hours (Friday-Monday, 10 AM - 7 PM)
• Reliable internet and computer
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions
• Comfortable handling customer calls and communications
• Willing to learn new tools and processes
• Sales experience is a HUGE PLUS
• Strong customer service background is a HUGE PLUS
