Registered Vet Nurse (RVN) - Admin & Customer Care

What you’ll do

You’ll be the friendly, organised heart of our operations - supporting pet parents, guiding them through nutrition queries, and helping build systems as our team grows.

• Provide warm, empathetic customer care via email, phone and social media channels
• Guide customers with nutrition-focused advice (training provided)
• Respond to enquiries, manage subscriptions, and resolve issues efficiently
• Coordinate daily admin, logistics and internal workflows (software training provided)
• Manage inboxes, calendars, and documents
• Track tasks, projects, and timelines
• Act as a key communication point across teams
• Delegate & support team growth in future stages

What we’re looking for

✅ RVN / Veterinary Nurse with 2+ years full-time experience

✅ A passion for nutrition as a clinical tool and excited to keep learning

✅ Experience supporting pet parents in a caring, calm way

✅ Strong organisational & time-management skills

✅ Tech-comfortable & proactive problem-solver

✅ Self-motivated, reliable, and thrives working remotely

✅ Values-driven: animal health, sustainability, and compassion
