• Develop and execute strategic territory plans focused on dealer, aged care and hospital markets
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold outreach
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, facilities, and end users
• Deliver product demonstrations, in-service training, and clinical support
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to product development
