Northwest Partners is seeking a business development/account manager to support ongoing growth within our internal recruitment services team. This role combines new business generation with account management to help drive delivery success and client satisfaction across our talent and consulting portfolio.
What YOU will do
• Cultivate new client relationships and expand existing accounts
• Drive sales and market share growth through assigned and self-generated opportunities
• Leverage internal systems (ATS/CRM) to manage client data and engagement
• Engage with prospective clients to understand hiring needs and build relationships
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
• Collaborate with delivery teams to qualify client needs and present top candidates
• Conduct outbound lead generation using tools such as Apollo.io and LinkedIn
• Participate in online industry events to build visibility and engagement
• Work US business hours in alignment with client time zones
What YOU will bring us
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in business, information systems, marketing, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of B2B business development experience with proven quota achievement
• Background in IT recruitment, staffing, or contracting services preferred
• Familiarity with lead generation tools and CRM systems
• Strong communication and client presentation skills
• Professional demeanor and proactive, results-driven mindset
• Fluency in English and ability to work remotely during US business hours
