About the Role

Noor Finance is a fast-growing mortgage brokerage expanding across Australia. We are looking for driven and experienced Mortgage Brokers who want the flexibility to work remotely while building a scalable and rewarding career.

This is a 100% commission-based role, ideal for self-motivated professionals who are confident in their ability to generate business, nurture client relationships, and grow their own portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end home loan applications from initial enquiry through to settlement

• Provide tailored lending solutions across residential, investment, refinancing, and SMSF lending

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and referral partners

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and personal marketing

• Stay up to date with lender policies, compliance, and market trends

• Deliver exceptional customer service and long-term client retention

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in mortgage or finance broking

• Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of lending products and credit assessment

• Proven ability to generate and convert leads

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a growth focus
