Salary £28,000 to £32,000 (depending on experience)

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to transition into an Onboarding Specialist role within a growing SaaS environment.

Ideal for candidates currently working in support, customer success, or similar roles who are looking to step into a more project-led, client-facing position with clear progression.

The Role

You’ll support and gradually take ownership of onboarding new clients — learning to manage implementations, deliver training, and guide customers through to go-live.

Full support and development will be provided to help you succeed in the role.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist with onboarding projects and client setup
• Deliver training sessions with support from the team
• Help configure systems and troubleshoot issues
• Learn to manage onboarding timelines and client expectations
• Build product expertise and client-facing confidence

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a customer-facing role (support, CS, operations, etc.)
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Interest in SaaS, systems, or technical environments
• Eagerness to learn and progress into onboarding/implementation
